Subject: Prayer for Increasing Common Room Facilities
Sir,
I, on behalf of the students of your renowned college, feel the importance of letting you know how desperately we are waiting for better common room facilities. We all know how a common room assisted with all the modern facilities can make our academic journey interesting, smoother, joyful, and helpful. However, it is a matter of sorrow that our common room hardly provides any facilities for the students. The room always looks very dirty and unfurnished as if nobody takes care of it. Moreover, our students desperately need an English daily newspaper, one IT, and one business magazine which are highly necessary for our academic journey. Furthermore, free time is supposed to be spent on enjoyment necessary for physical and mental health. A common room can do it to a great extent by ensuring indoor sports materials such as chess, carom, and table tennis together with some modern facilities such as a television, and some computers with internet connections.
I, therefore, pray and hope that you will take the required steps to ensure the above-mentioned facilities of our common room we are eagerly waiting for.
