English Migration Curriculum - Achieve Fluency

FOR CLASS VI AND VII - BUILD CONFIDENCE & SKILLS IN ENGLISH

The English Migration Course welcomes you! This program helps you move smoothly from Bangla-medium to English-version learning. Step by step, you will build the confidence and essential skills needed to succeed not only in English but also in every subject.

Program Modules: Your Path to Fluency

Module	Time (Month/Week)	Core Focus Areas
Module 1: Language Foundation (Core English)	(Expected outcome visible within three months.) The program runs throughout the year.	Campus Communicative Sentences — Gain introductory English for school and everyday life, which time turn into fluency communication with the classmates and teachers. 500 Vocabulary Words (Up to B2 level) — All the words are provided with meanings in both Bangla and English, a sentence example, and guidance for pronunciation to help understanding and using the words simultaneously. Grammar — Progress through the detailed practice of phonetics, tenses, parts of speech, sentence structure, voice, narration, basic transformations, and others. Listening & Speaking — Engage in making questions, dialogues, debates, and role plays. Improve pronunciation, intonation, and fluency through active listening and speaking exercises. Reading — Develop the reading skills developed through various activities such as scanning, skimming, annotating, summarizing, identifying main ideas, and inferring. Apart from the vocabulary that is built through contextual understanding and the practice of critical reading for better comprehension, you can further your reading skills too. Writing Tools — Learn frameworks such as STAR, PEEL, TREE, RACE, Toulmin, 5S, and others. you will organize logically. You will support your rationale with evidence and write better, you will plan, draft and revision.
Module 2: Subject Integration in English	(Expected outcome visible within five months.) The program runs throughout the year.	This course is designed to ease the shift by focusing on subject-specific vocabulary. The goal is not just English language skills, but helping you master the technical terms for science (e.g., equation, reaction), mathematics, history, geography, and other subjects. This turns language from a barrier into a powerful tool for better subject understanding and academic success.
Module 3: Academic Skills	Throughout Year	Focus on exam preparation, structured essay writing, effective note-taking, creating engaging presentations, and successfully managing projects.
