Preparation Strategy – Writing Part ▾
Formats: memorise the fixed opening/closing of formal letters and emails
Stories: learn the moral-based story pattern (beginning – middle – end – moral)
Dialogues: practise 8–10 exchange dialogues on everyday/school topics
Composition: prepare outlines under fixed sub-headings (Introduction, body points, Conclusion)
Revision: rewrite each prepared piece from memory once a week
Time management: allot roughly 10 / 12 / 15 minutes to letter, dialogue/story, and composition respectively
