Sir,
We the local representatives would like to draw your kind attention to the fact that your university along with some other universities will represent the Spot Admission Day the Insight Education Bangladesh will organize on 23 January 2023 in Dhaka. As the representatives of your university, we humbly request you to send some promotional materials for upcoming spot admission.
Free gifts such as printed backpacks, diaries, pens, USB sticks, reusable bottles, antibacterial hand sanitizer, reusable face musk, sticky note, and pin badge are very popular among students because of their usefulness. We also request you to send some promotional clothing such as t-shirts and polo shirts so that the student ambassadors can wear them during the event. We think that promotional materials for students and for the student ambassadors will surely represent the value of the university.
However, it is also expected that the university might make any amendments to the promotional giveaways which will add more value to carry the name and fame of the institution.
As we sent the request for promotional materials more than a month ago, we hope that the university will find enough time to accept and amend the request we have made.
