Witnesses said some armed terrorists, allegedly led by Laltu and Sahar, swooped on Bharat Biswas of Baskotha in Sadar upazila when he was taking the fish to town in a rickshaw van for sale.
The hoodlums also beat up Bharat and threatened him not to lodge a complaint with the police.
