A group of terrorists forcibly occupied a Unani medicine factory at Ahmedpur Bazar in Boraigram upazila on Sunday afternoon, says UNB.
Abu Taleb, owner of Barnali Laboratories, said that about 20 BNP cadres led by Askan Ali attacked the factory because he refused to pay a toll of Tk. 25,000.
Overthrowing Abu Taleb from the factory, Askan Ali claimed ownership and kept it under lock and key.
Refuting his claim, Taleb said Askan had sold the factory to him back in 1993. Now, under the changed political situation, Askan forcibly occupied the factory.
He filed a case in this regard with Boraigram thana.
