According to the chart, in 2016, there were 160.8 million people in Bangladesh. The number rose to 170 million in 2017. This year had 9.8 million people more than those of the previous year. The rising trend of population growth had been continuing from 2017 onwards. The total population number climbed to 173 million in 2018, 179 million in 2019, 182 million in 2020, 185 million in 2021, and 190 million in 2022 respectively. So, the population growth increased by 3 million in 2018, 6 million in 2019, 3 million in 2020, 3 million in 2021, and 5 million in 2022. Thus, we can notice from the chart that the highest growth of population was in 2017, and the lowest ones were in 2018, 2020, and 2021.
